If you have been checking out my Instagram account over the past couple of weeks then you would have seen that Cape Town was an absolute blast. There were so many things to see and do that we simply couldn’t do them all given the time we had. So it was a tossup between South Africa and Japan for this getaway. I am so happy I went to Cape Town again as Tokyo was at some point a strong favorite. I have not been to Japan before which made it a strong contender but, Cape Town pulled me right back and I am happy I went. Had a great time with friends and made new ones. What could be better eh?
As a fashion and travel content creative, there is one thing that might not be obvious to anyone looking in. Inspiration is so key to everything I do and where I lodge is the bedrock of that. I cannot believe my trip to Bangkok is all but behind me now. I remember getting on my BA flight in London and buzzing with excitement. I couldn’t wait to see this wonderful city I have read and watched many movies as far back as I could remember. The trip itself was made at the spur of the moment without detailed plans. I just remember wanting to visit Thailand and Vietnam so badly and next thing I knew, I was in Bangkok.
By now, everyone should have heard about Black Panther the movie. The most eagerly awaited movie in years. In fact, this post is super late. I actually prepared it over two weeks ago and for reasons I would rather not get into, I am only now sharing it.
In more ways than one, this is more than just a movie for many. I am not even going to try to sugarcoat it. Almost every black person I have spoken to about this movie has radically endorsed. It has to be seen. There is so much buzz about this Continue reading A Black Panther Inspired fashion look | Cuts for Him→
